The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum varies by market and event — as shown on the bet slip. If a bet is accepted at abnormal odds due to a system error, newpklock reserves the right to void that bet.
Newpklock supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, it must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement). The wagering requirement is typically 3x to 5x.
Free Bet: If a free bet wins, only the profit portion (excluding the stake) is withdrawable. The free bet stake itself is not returned.
Cashback Bonus: The weekly cashback has no wagering requirements — it is directly withdrawable. However, a minimum qualifying loss amount must be met to be eligible for cashback.
Newpklock uses advanced technology to detect bonus abuse. If suspicious activity is identified, the account may be suspended until the investigation is complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on newpklock and will result in account closure:
If newpklock finds evidence of any prohibited activity, the account will be suspended until the investigation is complete. If the violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any winnings obtained through prohibited activity will be forfeited.
Members may close their account at any time. Before doing so, all bonus conditions must be fulfilled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.
Newpklock may close or suspend an account for the following reasons: violation of these terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious activity, involvement in prohibited activities, or legal reasons. Members will be notified as far in advance as possible before account closure; however, in urgent cases, action may be taken without prior notice.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to prohibited activities, the balance may be forfeited.
Newpklock makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to technical issues, internet disruptions, or other reasons. newpklock is not liable for such interruptions.
Betting is a high-risk activity. newpklock is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting. In the event of an abnormal win caused by a system error, newpklock reserves the right to void the result. The right to correct any display errors is also reserved.
Members are responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure. newpklock is not liable for any loss resulting from compromised login details, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by newpklock.
Newpklock may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
